Choosing the right people for solving your IT problems can be difficult, especially when you don’t know anything about them. So we’ve decided to tell you a little about each of us, where we’re from, what we’ve been doing in the IT industry, so you can have a better idea of our experience and put your trust in our team.
Brad Cochran
Brad grew up in Concord, Michigan, attended Jackson Community College after high school, and eventually settled in Hillsdale.
After following several career paths, he discovered his interest in computer technology after buying his family’s first computer-USED! Every free minute after work and family was devoted to teaching himself about computers, and, most importantly, how to fix his own. When given the opportunity to join a local computer store as Office Manager, Brad made a personal commitment to treat each customer like he would want to be treated.
Now with Jon and Sam, Brad brings to the table his strong management skills. He is happy to be working with two colleagues who, like himself, share a strong work ethic and that same personal commitment to identify with the consumer.
Jonathan Hoyt
Jon grew up Hillsdale Michigan, homeschooling from grade school through highschool, and then attending and graduating from Hillsdale College.
While still in highschool Jon started Legend Computer Services and kept that business for almost 10 years, finally partnering with Brad Cochran to buy Sabretech Consulting LLC during the summer of 2005. Jon has seen computers progress from the days of 8088’s running at 8mhz and 10mb harddrives the size of a loaf of bread, to todays technology with processors running several cores at multiple gigahertz and 500gb harddrives smaller than a deck of cards.
While Jon loves Hillsdale and the community there, in August of 2007 he got married and moved to Elkhart Indiana to expand SabreTech into new areas. He now calls Elkhart his home, and is working hard to become a part of the community here. One of the most economically challenged areas of the country right now, Elkhart provides unique challenges for entrepreneurs, and amazing opportunities if one is willing to work hard.

Sam Sallows
Sam’s excellent customer skills and sense of humor make our customers feel comfortable when he’s around. Sam is always willing to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy.
Sam has over ten years experience in computers and technology, not to mention over 6 years of management skills. From your basic home system to advanced corporate networks, Sam has seen a lot. Sam also brings PLC and industrial computers experience to the company after working as the IT Specialist in an industrial setting.

Tyler Condon
Tyler grew up in Hillsdale Michigan and is currently a senior at Hillsdale High School. After high school Tyler plans on attending Trine University in Angola Indiana and pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics.
While at work, Tyler enjoys solving problems for the customer, whether its teaching them to use the internet or repairing their broken computer. Tyler also enjoys teaching people how they can use their computer to make life easier or even just how to do something cool. Tyler believes computers should be a tool for making life easier, a source of entertainment, and not the cause of headaches.
Outside of work Tyler enjoys playing golf, writing computer programs, playing video games, and preserving the 2nd Amendment.
